まめつぶのお店　改築

僕の村にあるまめつぶのお店は、今スーパーなのですが、攻略本をみたところ改築条件の1つに「スーパーで50000ベル以上買う」というのがありました。そこで2つ分からないことがあります。 1.買っても売り切れにならないもの(　びんせんなど)も買えば買った金額　として加算されるのですか？ 2.カタログショップを使って買った場　合も買った金額として加算されるの　ですか？
