    You meet two of his recruits at Saliva Island. They're two girls that show up later outside the palace, after you solve their problem at said island. Once they're at the palace, you have to give Brandon a special item (a buff dude standing near the 2 girls). Once you do that, the girls will join the Ammo Baron.
