    @Lira: Well I just outlined the hair w/ the same color I was going to color it, then when I colored it I used the marker tool (1%) & added lines. Since her hair is blue, I used light blue, dark blue, white, and black. After that I used the airbrush and added highlights. (I was mostly scribbling the whole time)
