この前、on島に行こうとしたら…

『到着までしばらくお待ちください・・・』のまんま ずーっと着かなくて 何かきいたこともない音楽(？)まで出てきて…結局は着いたんですけど、約30分もかかってたんですが、これはどういう事なのでしょうか？分かる方がいたら教えてくださいm(__)m
