Oh ! That you mean with your +3 Almost all are +3 I have 2 with +5 (rods with 3 stars) And two over +20 (the max is +25)

All are +3. My Crystal rod and Lucky rod are +5 Anyways the best rod is the UFOs one (after that you don't care about any rod) For now, you should level up your skill... *some rod don't have skill...so if you find 2 rod with the same skill, it's level up the skill (whatever the kind of the rod)
