Scientific explanation needed on why this happens and why using the flashfield underwater does not electrocute anything... ...When saltwater can transfer electricity, so there shouldn't have been a problem doing so?

  • In the Japanese version of ASGV1, it was explained that saltwater neutralizes Gunvolt's Azure Striker septima for that very reason. I often see septima in the same thought concept as I do chakra in 'Naruto', which Sasuke's Chidori cannot be amplified by water.
