    Just beat all 10 mario challenges a couple of times then you will be rewarded to world championship levels which are quite hard. after that you will get the skinny mushroom

    just complete the 10 mario challenge multiple times then you will unlock NWC levels which you then have to complete. After that you will get the skinny mushroom. Just shake the normal mushroom in the super mario bros theme.
