2016.09.28 　背景を塗りつぶし、付箋紙（ふせんし）を作ります。　あとから、文字を書き入れます。覚える必要がある事項を、水槽で泳がせます。パソコンやスマホのアプリで画面に付箋紙を貼るソフトがあります。　このソフトは、すれ違い通信をＯＦＦにした状態にし、作った付箋紙を泳がせれば、電子手帳の出来上がり。
