NEOまでの挑戦！#7 12月、北東線が復旧、全線複線化。北東近郊線と名乗っていた路線が同時に西牧線に書き換えられた。西牧地区では赤、中央新町地区では青を基調とした車両が走っています。理由は、バスと色を統一して地域性を出すためです。(但し、現状西牧にバスは無い。)3時間に1度、西牧線からの直通が来るため、この時間だけは赤い電車が走行します。尚、この計画に300億が投資されました。
