Miis broke up, can they ever get back together?

My miis were dating, something happened and they broke up but i want them back together. The status for both is "no hard feelings" so shouldn't it be possible?

    Yes, they can get back together. As long as their relationship statuses for each other are still high enough, they'll reunite in the future, otherwise it will be a longer time beforehand.
