～みんてつのやぼう～ #97 【四宿支社】今更ですけど、新御宮駅周辺の再開発を進めています。これは眠鉄不動産が御宮区と共同で進めています。ここにはスタジアムや水族館が建つ予定で、休日の利用客を増やす目的があります。また、新幹線駅にも近く、全路線が乗り入れる駅なので、アクセスは非常に良く、相当の利益を見込んでいます。また、同地区に「眠鉄HD御宮ビル」を建設中で、全路線の輸送指令が配置される予定です。また、一般のテナントも受け付けており、大規模オフィスビルとなる見込みです。さらに、農産、水産を用意。物流センターを建てたり、余った水産は水族館で消費するなどかなり先進的な街作りをしています。
