    Play Gunvolt's story, and complete it. Then go back to final mission on either characters story.

    You have to beat both stories, then you can get the true ending for both (But you have to replay the last stage with each one). Then pray for a sequel :P

    There -is- an ~Extra Special~ Final Scene if you have completed over 80% of challenges with both characters and do the final mission, too...
