教えてください…

この前とび森をしようとして起動しました。そしたら、黒い画面になって「データを全て消去しますか？」的な文が出てきました。私は今まで頑張って稼いだベルや物がなくなるのが嫌だったので勿論「いいえ」を選択しました。何でこんな事になったのでしょうか？分かる人教えてください…
