駅をメルヘンにするには、100人以上の人を村に遊びに誘うという所まではわかっているのですが、 100人というのは同じ人でもカウントされるのですか？

同じ人でないとオンラインはフレ交換禁止ですしフレ100人を見知らぬ人で統一するのもあれなので同じ人でも大丈夫です
