    First start with a white banner, next place 6 inksacks on the top half of the crafting table with your banner, then 3 red placed vertically in the middle along the banner, then place 3 red horizontally in the middle, then place 3 inksacks in a triangle pointing up as shown, and finally 3 bonemeal in a triagle pointing down as shown in the picture
