    When people make promises to me without having any intention of following through with them. It's one thing to try to follow through with a promise and fail, but when people refuse to take any sort of responsibility, I immediately lose respect for them.

    In my professional field I guess is when people get angry or offended when you critique their art work, I mean cmon! How are you supposed to get better in your weaker areas if you don't want to listen? Critiques are very helpful.
