Yeah, we've seen him and evidence of him in 3 of our worlds. Our festive world was really bad, todoms, redstone torches leading to a snowman that he put lava on. My brother saw something in the Skyrim world, & there was a nether portal in our Mario world & it hadn't been there before. FYI: He seems to go after tall things and all 3 of our worlds he's been in were generated for texture packs.
