【鉄道】方向幕について

某鉄道フェスタで、高崎の115系1000番台の側面方向幕を購入しました。 これを家のコンセントに繋いで動かしたいのですが、インターネット等で調べてのても、この方向幕はデジタル式(バーコード式)なのでなかなか載っていません。 どなたかこの改造方法を知っている方はコメントしてください。よろしくお願いします。
