    All second skulltulas require the level to be on Hard difficulty, and a certain character or weapon must be used whilst completing the objective for it. For this one, you just have to play through the level like normal (while using any of Link's Hylian Swords), and the skulltula should appear after King Dodongo is summoned

    Added note: Don't use the Master Sword, use one of the Hylian Swords.
