    If one goes into a dream town expecting OFF or Undertale, then make it that town centered around OFF or Undertale! If we get a mixed bag, then your dream should just be your town of your original making. Please dont lead people on into believing they'll get what they came there for.

    Believe me, I've went to towns called Undertale, and found Stephen Universe characters there. I was extremely confused.

    It catches the player off guard. With good towns (Even though I don't have the game, I've done enough research to make analysis.) you need to have a good presentation to make the visitor welcome.
