    Someone correct me if I'm wrong. To get the 10,000 one, you need to unlock every tier 1–3 weapon and then KO 10,000 enemies. To get the 25,000 one, you need to unkock every + tier weapon, then KO 25,000 enemies. You get the weapons through adventure mode.

    @Caleb For the 25,000 skill, you need all Tier 4 weapons (when I saw the +, I thought of the new 4+ weapons that were introduced in the DLC Packs, so if you meant the Tier 4 weapons when stating the plus sign, then thats my mistake).

    Unlock all Tier 1-3 weapons from the Legend Mode and first three adventure maps to unseal the 10k skill. Unlock all Tier 4 weapons from the Twilight & Termina Maps to unseal the 25k skill. Then you can unlock both at once by racking up 25k kills.
