サポート重視のクルー構成

出来るだけ怠慢よりも味方と合流して確実に勝つためにサポート重視でやりこのゲームの違う楽しみ方を味わいたいのでいくつかの質問に答えて頂たい。

    自分がいまやってるクルー構成がこれです。↑　　味方探しと味方回復は必須にいれてます。　問題はここから、一応念のために海上回復を入れて、仲間にすぐに合流できるように海上スピードも入れてます。一応、怠慢になったときあるていど対応できるように浮上とマスカー+5という感じです。これの改善点や違う構成などがあったら教えて下さい。
