3DSで探すのは無理です。パソコン、スマホでログインして探した方が良いかと！でお気に入りすると3DSでも海外コミュニティに入れます。自分は、一応Youtubeアメリカコミュニティをお気に入りにしてます。

海外版は"Animal Crossing New Leaf"です。コミュニティで検索する時に、「北米・南米」か「欧州・オセアニア」に変更して、"Animal Crossing New Leaf"と打てばヒットします。今試しましたが、3DSでできました。顔ポチしていただければ、私のお気に入りに北米版の方のコミュニティが登録されているので、すぐに閲覧できます。

ちなみに韓国版のコミュニティはありませんでした。あるのは、北米版、欧州版だけでした。

国内で発売されている3DSは海外版のソフトは非対応です。入れても何も表示されないので気を付けてください。自分はどうしても北米版とび森が欲しかったので、北米版の2DSを買いました。
