i love toon link he is the best. i got him from one option below free play and u will see him if u unlock the first level u go in and finish the level. then u go right complet that level and go up. the enmie base leader is toon link. finish that level and you unlock toon link. [he starts of at level 4]. u will love useing toon link. this was one of my guides of helping get ppl in hyrule warriors
