Zant was creepy at first, but then his character just took a 180-degree turn towards the end of TP. As a kid, Onox also used to creep me out; it was the ball-and-chain/armor combo that did the trick. :P

(GoGetter) Lol, I understand Zant was disturbing until the end of TP. Onix is creepy too. (jj) Happy Mask Salesman is really strange. è.é (Ghost Cfer) XD Midna has that effect. Ghirahim creeps me out. Until he gets mad then hes just entertaining.

DeadHand is pretty creepy, but maybe not so much as those Great Fairies of OoT. *shudders* And I share your thoughts about Ghirahim as well; he's comical when angry, but other than that, he's totally creepy, especially with that snake-like tongue-thing he does. Still, he isn't nearly as creepy as his fanbase; I can't believe how many people actually drool over him... It's rather frightening. 0_o'

(SilentN) When I was little I got my brother beat the DeadHand for me because it creeped me out. Those Great Fairy are still creepy even in 2016. I'm always cautious of Ghirahim fangirls they are vicious. Lol. (DarkBeast) Other than Majora's voice its usually strange and disturbing. XD
