    I think i got the line wrong but it's been a while since i've seen the Wizard Of Oz.When i re-watched the scene where the wicked witch sends the monkeys after Dorothy and the rest, i imagined cuckoos flying in the air and Linkle commanding them XD

    Hmm, tough to say. None of the characters really fit Ruto's personality. If I had to choose, maybe the Scarecrow. Ruto can be a bit dull witted sometimes. lol The Kokiri are obviously Munchkins.
