キャラが死んだ後の処理とか、スキルの扱いとか色々違いますが、何よりキャラの向きという違いが大きいと思います。マーセナリーズサーガはキャラの向きによって戦闘でのダメージの増加などがある分、動かし方や計算ミスに注意が必要だと思います。長文失礼しました。

あと、職業の数が圧倒的に多いです初級職→中級職2つ(FEはここまで)→上級職4つ(のち2つはアイテムが必要)といった感じですね
