Super Mario Maker

So I just got this level in Expert 100 Mario, and it's literally impossible because it uses the vine wallclip glitch that was patched many months ago. I've seen a level like this in the course world that uses the same patched glitch, meaning that not all of the levels were deleted,but why was this in the queue...?
