モデルハウスとすれ違い

皆さん、お疲れ様です。 今回はすれ違い機能の ～さんのモデルハウスと ～さんとすれ違いました の違いを教えてください。モデルハウスも相手とすれちがわなければ見れないはずなので時々出るすれ違いました～。が謎なのです。
