Are enemies ACTUALLY evil?

I really like nintendo enemies, but most just DON'T seem evil. And this isn't just Zelda, it's in Kirby, and Mario too. Are they actually evil?

    In Zelda games every monster is evil they all are a creation of Ganon but sometimes Ganon can brainwash people of Hyrule and even Zelda turning them evil against their will that Link needs to break the spell that Ganon cast on them in order to save them

    I think most of the ones found in Lorule are more "chaotic" and less "evil", but slaying them is still integral to restoring order to the world. ...I never saw why so many people took issue with this, anyway. If something is attacking you with intent to kill, shouldn't you already have a right to defend yourself and fight back? What's so wrong about that?

    But wait, *insert evil flowey voice* THERE'S MORE! THE PRINCESS OF LORULE LOCKS UP THE SAGES WITH THE MONSTERS! SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT! ALSO... MAYBE PEOPLE SHOULD CONSIDER TAMING MONSTERS! Plus it's easy to spare moldorms, just stun them with boomerang/ hookshot/ hammer shockwave. Please make tammable monsters nintendo. Moldorms are cute. :)

    I'll give you that some of them probably aren't evil, and are more like indigenous wildlife or something, but still...if you were attacked by a grizzly bear, are you saying you would just let it maul you to death just because it wasn't overtly malicious?
