I don't see the hype with Red Dead 2.

Like seriously what is the big deal with this now series? I never understood the hype behind the first game. I remember seeing a friend play it when it first came out back in 2010 and I just did not get it and still don't. I'm not a fan of westerns that's why.

    But I bet most people that are hyped for it have never seen a western movie in their life. Because that's what it looks like a movie and not a game. Just my opinion though.

    I like a lot of the old Clint Eastwood, Ennio Moriicone, spaghetti westerns. Stuff like High Noon and Once Upon a Time in the West. Still not a fan of Red Dead Redemption. Not a big fan of open world games in general. Plus the main character seemed like such a doormat, Eastwood would never be running errands and taking orders from a Snake Oil Salesman and graverobbers.
