修繕シャベルがなかなか回復しないのだが…

タイトルに書いてあるとうり、修繕シャベルがあまり回復しない10匹ぐらいモンスターをたおしたが他の修繕つき道具とスピードが違いすぎる。どうしてかわかる人はおしえてください。
