Has anyone ever gotten Medli's lvl 4 weapon?? Because i get hit like 3 times and my health is almost gone. I'm very frustrated!

Yes, Mews has. However i have no memory of how that mission went down. Does it allow secondary characters or are you stuck with Medli only? Usually if there's more than 1 character permitted i used Sheik who is immune to some scrap damage with the water shield. If not, well there's a potion you can buy before a mission to make it a bit easier.

Often i'll make sure i always have a special bar up. Then i'll do moves/combos even risky ones that leave you vulnerable. When it doesn't go well and you can tell you're about to get hit use the special. I abuse this technique alot to try to never take damage. Sorry i'm not able to really offer any meaningful help -.-

All badges certainly does help naturally with any character. I've never dedicated the time to get them all for any character. I really should grind for those specifically when the next dlc hits. If the mission does have super powered up enemies. Yeah there's usually a way to weaken them as they are incredibly brutal to deal with so as he said. Give that a go if you weren't already.
