    Uh? His Level 4 sword is on the Twilight Map. All the Level 4 base game weapons are on the Twilight and Termina Maps. DLC maps contain DLC weapons and the new Level 4+ enhancements. Lokomo Sword doesn't have a 4+ yet, it's likely on the final DLC map.

    Network Links can give weapons anywhere. Just now, I saw a lvl 3 Crossbow for Linkle, which is normally on the Master Quest Map, appear on the Grand Travels map.
