どうやってアンロックしたのかは忘れたので調べたのですが、「チャレンジ１９をクリア」＋「ボスの"ロキー"を倒す」とアンロックされるようですよ。まあ正直プレイを重ねていけば大抵のものは勝手にアンロックされていくと思います。でも調べたりしないと絶対にアンロックできないキャラがいるのでそこは注意が必要です。
