Level design #1 Not that i am a proffessional ,but when you make a level make sure you think of how someone will play it.many people take a different approach to levels and how to solve them ,so if someone asks you a question about how to make or do maybe even solve a puzzle or obstacle in your level think of what they might ask while you make your level as to aid/challenge/teach them the answer.
