Ahhhhhh!!! I did this scenario at least a dozen times. Each time I missed getting A-rank because of exceeding the less than 15 minute requirement. Here I beat it in 14:59...down to literally the last second!! I finally unlocked Impa's Lv.3 Giant Blade!

    Unlocked! I've never had this much trouble getting A-rank in a scenario than in this one in this version of the game so far!
