    My question is how do Peach, Baby Peach, Pink Gold Peach, & Cat Peach NOT break reality upon contact? Neither do Mario, Baby Mario, Metal Mario, Cat Mario & Tanooki Mario! (P.S. I like cats a lot too.)

    Lightweight characters (And obviously Miis) have low Speed and Weight, but high Handling and Acceleration (And rather high Traction/Grip)... The high acceleration helps reach the highest possible speed quickly and the high Handling can be vital in 200cc, as it determines the turning ability: The higher it is, the sharper the vehicle turns. The stats can also be altered by the Vehicle Parts.
