This game is really NOICE! Even though i beat the game from both sides, it's still fun to shoot on around in. For others who plays asg2, which character's more fun to play as? Copen or Gunvolt? I vote Copen.

    Copen's good for his crazy Bullit Dash techniques. XD After some hours of practice, it gets easier to rack up kudos, with Copen in particular.

    Lol, long time no see. Anyways, this game is just a sequel to the first one. Basically, there are two kinds of people: Humans and Adepts. Adepts can control certain elements or powers based on their unique septimas, making them superhumans. Most adepts are unfortunately bad...but there are few who fight for good, and Gunvolt (the main character) is one of them.

    This is Gunvolt. He's cool in-game because you can wipe out an entire squadron with him all at once, because of how his weapons work. He fights for ALL, and stops evil in it's tracks. His squad for this game is Quinn, Xiao, and the special muse, Joule (or Lumen). Joule came from the first game just like GV, so you should see the asg1 story for yourself before understanding half of asg2's story.

    Before I continue, just wanna say that this is an anime 2D-side scroller action game. Quite intense action if you ask me.. :T But still exceptional in ratings!

    Here's Copen (my personal fave). He's a scientist that is not so fond of adepts..AT ALL. He's considered a hero too, but for the humans. He fights off any adepts he comes across, and is Gunvolt's biggest rival. Unlike Gunvolt, who had his power given to him, Copen builds his own weapons and tech for fighting. His group consists of him, Niao, Lola (which he created), and Mytyl,his sister.

    Here's the last thing I can tell you (don't wanna spoil the ACTUAL story for you. What I told you are only bios, which arent spoilers). Let's just say, an adept who supposedly died from asg1 as a boss (not final) came back again, but as the final boss this time. He stole something important to both Gunvolt and Copen, and Copen also took something from Gunvolt.

    Is this what the name "Lighting Strike Force" was based off of? Anyway I played the demo of the first game, and I'll say. The gameplay is great, the concept is good. (Also over 1000 in the combo, I couldn't get higher than 300 when I played.
