    These neckbeards or "Nice Guys" like to hold doors for people. I usually hold doors for people at my school. Does that make me a "Nice Guy"?

    Do I qualify as a neckbeard if I -Play Video Games -Watch Anime (Even though I've only seen Death Note, FMA:Brotherhood, DBZ, and One Punch Man) - Have a lightsaber collecttion (Which could count as a sword collection) -Worry about becoming a neckbeard I used to watch MLP by the way. I moved on from that show of course.

    A Neckbeard seems like a term given to someone based on their good deeds, not their level of nerdiness. ;) I wouldn't classify you as one, but you still sound like a guy that would be fun to hang out with. You're doing good! :)

    The term for neckbeards on the internet is basically a person who has -Poor grooming -Believes in the "Friendzone" (Which I don't believe) -Is an athiest and condemns people for their religion (Im an athiest but I would never make fun of anyone elses religion. At least not anymore. This is gonna be a two parter

    Haha. That doesn't sound like you at all, then. And I know a lot more about Neckbeards now than I did a minute ago. Holding the door open is definitely not a Neckbeard thing. I think you're safe from being called that. :) You might be a nice guy, but you're not a Neckbeard.
