Well... This is as close as I could get to a Middleweight character's stats, using a Lightweight character. Speed and Acceleration are practically/apparently equal/similar, Weight and Traction/Grip are slightly lower, but Handling is higher... This might probably help a bit those who use Lightweights? (Toad, Toadette, Lakitu, Shy Guy, Babies, Lemmy, Small/Light Miis...)

    For comparison, here's Luigi on a Normal Kart Set. (Luigi's a Middleweight character. By Normal Kart Set, I mean Standard Kart + Blue/Standard Tires + Any Normal Glider)

    Comparison between the times achieved with my Mii (Middleweight, Standard Kart Set) and Toad (Lightweight, Kart Set shown earlier) The times were surprisingly similar... The paths taken on both Time Trials were as similar as possible, only resetting at mistakes (Off-Road bit, Piranha Plant)...
