    So you have to get a cat bell. then play through like normal untill you reach the big glass pipe before you colect the keys and instead of going inside take out your cat and climb on top of the pipe. Then walk slowly on it until you reach the bend in the pipe and climb up. Jump to get the stamp. Took me forever to figure that out.
