    Actually you shouldn't blame all the way to Nintendo exclusively. The ESRB also seems to didn't mind about it.... but after what they did to SSB anything could happen.

    It comes from the very first moment when I saw the mug shot of Shin Godzilla back then when the new look was revealed. You know it had been said it was supposed to be based on the design from the first film, but actually with that wide mouth with yagged teeth and minuscule eyes it reminded me design from the old Marvel Comics instead.And there's a meme with the Wonder Woman saying she's WONDERFUL,

    The movie itself is well produced and the plot it's interesting... at first I disliked only the design, but after knowing the concept they used for the G origins and nature... Oh boi... It reminded me more the Blob or the Gryphon (from an unproduced American Goji film) than Godzilla character. And what about those MARVELOUS babies *Barf*???     Well, the first attack had me speechless. I was confused on whether I should be scared and surprised or bursting into laughter because of how cute and goofy he looked. And then he got the T Rex arms. Priceless.

The second was the usage of Ifukube's legendary scores for key scenes... personally I felt it was the cringiest part, because that thing doesn't feel as a true Godzilla for me with all the stuff about it...     I respect your opinion because the taste is divided in multiple genres; but as I it can be seen, I didn't like this take. For me it would be OK if this was an entirely brand new monster... not Godzilla. For me is like if the DC fandom is trying to accept a double-headed Superman coming from Pluto: something ridiculous and out of place. And for those marvelous babies, they became humanoid looking
