I've been thinking for awhile and I think I figured out The King boo thing. I think it will be released in Mario Kart 8 DLC pack 3 and be included in The Boo Cup that was found awhile ago I think the Cup will feature these Courses .Luigi's Mansion (DS) .Wario's Shipyard (3DS) .Big Boo's Haunt .King Boo's Manor The other Character Included would be Dry Bones
