I can't help but think how good is the quality of Moblin meat. There are the scrawny Wind Waker versions, and there are also the muscular renditions of Ocarina of Time. There's plenty more out there! They're all essentially hogs and boars, a lot like pork. Call me revolting, but I think this calls for a taste test......
