question: Gargaros just punished me for changing my clock, and he told me that i could not use the crank, pictures, or offerings. But heres my question, does he do anything else, and when does this penalty end?

    That's all he really does, just punishing you for changing your system clock by locking you from the Crank-a-Kai, Yo-kai Cam, and offerings. This effect lasts about one or two days.
