Mmkay, I need some serious help here from Yo-kai players. Anyone know how to get to this half of the 3rd floor of Nocturne Hospital? There's virtually no way for me to get over there.

Go outside, go to the vine-y area on the left and climb. That'll bring you to the left 3F. There should be a hole in the wall of the room with the B-door leading out.
