Finally found you! Oh my goodness this took so long! First I needed to play hide-n-seek with Toiletta and a bunch of Yo-Kai, then I needed to come all the way here by train, get my Watch upgraded to enter the cave, and then catch three different Yo-Kai to put by those signs to change the water level. What a sidequest, and I still have three more to find!
