    No! You must go find him and his oden cart around downtown springdale on a clear night.

    He appears randomly on clear nights in Springdale. It can be anywhere, and not guaranteed every night. The easiest way to find him is go home, sleep to night, go outside and zoom out on the map. Look for a blue quest flag, if you dont see one, sleep again and repeat until he shows up. Its tedious, but he will show up eventually.

    Also, after you accept the quest, then complete it. He wont show as a blue flag, but you will need to zoom out enough to look for a purple marker that usually isnt there. That will be him.
