    yes, and no. Yes, if you don't want to get into programming, and no, if you are willing to learn, ask help, and not give up. It costs 9.99 USD right now. Even if you don't want to program, there are great games that others have made. But please, please don't ask for Minecraft/FNAF/Undertale SB.
